The company is yet to announce the prices for the Premier Padmini set.
Centy Toys is all set to launch a new range of scale models, which include some iconic Indian vehicles.
BHPian ArTigor recently received a pre-launch box from the company that included a Premier Padmini finished in light blue and the iconic “Kaali-peeli” Mumbai taxi. Since these aren’t licensed scale models, the company calls them Queen 70’s.
The cars are made of plastic but seem to be well put together. The level of detail is also quite good with elements like the fins on the C-pillars, the dashboard with the glove box lid, ashtray and steering wheel neatly recreated.
The taxi version is finished in black and has a yellow roof. It even has an old-school meter and a roof rack. Also, note the correct black-on-yellow number plate.
Centy Toys also offers a scale model of one of the most iconic LCVs of the 90s – the Tata 407. The well-detailed piece comes in a 1:43 scale.
