Jeep has updated the Compass Trailhawk
For the Trailhawk variant, Jeep has retained the blacked-out front grille with seven squared-out slats and sleek LED headlamps with daytime running LEDs. It should come in handy while crawling on steep slopes with obstacles in your way.
The fog lamp housings to are new, with LED fog lamps integrated into them. Like the previously-available BS4-spec Compass Trailhawk, this latest version also has a broad black stripe on its hood, which gets a red striping bearing the ‘Trailhawk’ lettering.
There changes in the side profile as well
There are a few changes in the car including the coveted round-shaped ‘Trail Rated 4×4’ badge sitting proudly on the front fender. Second is the smaller and different-looking 17-inch machined alloy wheels with high-profile off-road spec tyres. Lastly, the Compass badging on the front door gets red accents.
The window shoulder-line and rearview mirrors get a nice contrast finish of dark grey. While the presenter in the video hasn’t mentioned it, the ground clearance of the Jeep Compass in the Trailhawk variant has increased to 205mm. It is much more than the 178mm ground clearance of the standard variants.
