The Royal Enfield Hunter 350 quickly gained traction in the Indian motorcycle segment with its neo-retro styling and aggressive pricing. Now, Royal Enfield has announced that the Hunter 350 motorcycle has crossed the 2 lakh unit sales milestone.
What is even more astonishing is that the latest sales milestone was achieved in less than a year after the launch of the Hunter 350 motorcycle back in August 2022. In fact, the Royal Enfield Hunter 350 crossed the 1 lakh sales milestone back in February 2022.
Speaking about the Royal Enfield Hunter 350, it is the most affordable motorcycle in the company’s product portfolio with a starting price of just Rs 1.50 lakh (ex-showroom). However, prices for the top-spec ‘Rebel’ variants start at Rs 1.75 lakh (ex-showroom).
Under the skin, the Royal Enfield Hunter 350 uses the same J-Series platform as the Royal Enfield Classic 350 and Royal Enfield Meteor 350. As a result, the Hunter 350 uses the same 349.34cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine as the Royal Enfield Meteor 350 and Classic 350 motorcycles.
This engine in the Royal Enfield Hunter 350 puts out a respectable 19.94bhp at 6,100rpm and 27Nm of peak torque at 4,000rpm. Furthermore, this engine also comes paired with the same 5-speed gearbox.
Coming to the features, the base variant of the Royal Enfield Hunter 350 motorcycle is equipped with features such as spoked wheels, single-channel ABS, rear drum brakes, halogen tail lamp, and a basic analogue instrument cluster.
In comparison, the higher-spec variants are much better equipped with features such as blacked-out alloy wheels, dual-channel ABS, LED tail lamp, more premium-looking round turn indicators, more premium switchgear, and a part digital-part analogue instrument cluster.
In terms of dimensions, the Royal Enfield Hunter 350 motorcycle measures just 2,055mm long, 800mm wide, and 1,055mm tall. In addition to that, the wheelbase of the motorcycle is also short at just 1,370mm.
In comparison, the Royal Enfield Meteor 350 is 85mm longer, 45mm wider, 85mm taller than the Royal Enfield Hunter 350. Furthermore, the Royal Enfield Meteor 350 also sports a 35mm longer wheelbase compared to the Hunter 350.

With the introduction of the Royal Enfield Hunter 350 motorcycle, the company has welcomed a whole new segment of motorcycle buyers into its brand. The latest sales milestone also reflects this.
However, with the launch of new motorcycles in its segment, we expect Royal Enfield to start working on an updated model of the Hunter 350 to keep up its sales momentum.
