The Road to 900,000th Unit Milestone campaign is to commemorate Honda Malaysia’s milestone of achieving 900,000 sales units, which is targeted to be fulfilled in the month of September this year. It is also Honda’s way of rewarding Malaysians for supporting the Honda Malaysia since its commencement of operations here in 2002.

Nine very lucky Malaysians are going to get their hands on models like the Jazz, City, BR-V, HR-V, City Hybrid, HR-V Hybrid, Civic, CR-V and the Accord.
With most campaigns organized by automotive companies, there is usually a purchase required, but this one does not require any purchase, and you do not even have to be an existing customer. All Malaysians aged 18 and above are qualified to enter the contest attached to the campaign, and there are no purchases necessary, nor is there any necessity to write slogans.
- Go to any authorized Honda Showroom – all 90 showrooms in Malaysia are ready to receive entries.
- Register using your I/C Number and Scan a QR Code (provided at the dealership) or visit Honda.com.my/microsite/900k, and you will be directed to the site. Follow the simple instructions to register.
Once you have registered, the idea is to get as many ‘tickets’ as possible, as each ticket represents a chance to win a car. There is a maximum of five (5) tickets that one can collect, and five ways to get them, as follows:-
- Find and take a photo of any one of nine ‘emblems’ hidden in the Honda Dealership, take a picture of it, and upload to the micro-site using your registered password. This entitles you to one ticket.
- Go for a test drive of any one of your favourite Honda cars, and that will give you your second ticket.
- To get your third ticket, you have to sign an order for any Honda model.
- A fourth ticket shall be assigned to you if take delivery in the contest period, and
- A fifth ticket shall be given to you if you send in your new Honda car for a service within the contest period.
Non-purchasers have a chance to get two (2) tickets, simply by taking a picture of one of the hidden emblems and going for a test drive. Purchasers can get three (3) additional tickets. Maximum number of tickets allowed per individual is five.
As additional information, this is what we have found out:-
- Non-Malaysians are not allowed to participate.
- You cannot get more tickets by registering in different dealerships, and the system will ‘kick’ out your multiple entries and retain just one.
- The contest is open only to individuals (non-corporate)
