Finnish charging hardware manufacturer Kempower has signed a non-exclusive distribution and service framework agreement with TSG, a provider of technical solutions for sustainable mobility. They aim to deliver fast charging solutions to 32 countries in Europe and Africa.
The deal is to help Kempower and TSG to provide customers with charging systems, the necessary electrical infrastructure and lifecycle services. “The partnership will offer convenient, customized, and future-proof solutions to customers across the region.” Kempower states.
TSG will add the Finnish charging solutions to its portfolio serving clients across multiple countries in Europe and Africa. Kempower in turn expects to add warranty and maintenance services provided by TSG technicians, while Kempower will offer “predictive maintenance” via its backend.

Kempower equipment can so far been found in the Nordics but also in Estonia or Romania. Their designs often include an extremely slim charging pole connected to external control cabinets housing most of the technolgy. The narrow columns, including a special model for electric trucks, thus save installation space.
Jean-Marc Bianchi, TSG Group Chairman and CEO added the partnership would enable TSG to include solutions “offering unique and differentiated features in particular for high power fast charging hubs as well as for heavy duty / heavy transportation charging”.
TSG is already the charging partner for Ford Pro, among others, or more precisely for its E-Transit van customers in Europe. The Dutch charging infrastructure manufacturer EVBox has also entered into a sales and service partnership with the TSG Group in 2021 that sees TSG offer installation and on-site services for EVBox in 30 European countries.
TSG and Kempower have not published further targets or listed specific countries for the new cooperation.
