Are you ready for the debut of the 11th-generation Honda Accord next month? If not, maybe we can ease you into it with this teaser image of the upcoming sedan, to help get you gradually accustomed to the car promised to offer “sleek new styling, a more responsive and fun-to-drive hybrid powertrain, and Honda’s first integration of Google built-in for seamless on-the-go connectivity.”
While we’re running down superlatives, the new Accord will also see Honda’s largest-ever touchscreen, at 12.3 inches. And that’s—about all we know, officially. The automaker is staying mum on other details for now.
The teaser photos themselves do give quite a lot away, to be fair. Accord’s face is highlighted by a sleek pair of LED headlights bookending a triangle-filled grille, with a style that generally seems like it’ll slot nicely into the rest of the Honda range. Taillights are now nearly full-width, broken up only by the center Honda badge.

The shot of that aforementioned 12.3-inch screen displays some sort of hybrid schematic, but specifics on that powertrain are all speculative for now. We’d bet a non-hybrid remains the base option, perhaps with the current car’s 1.5-litre turbo four. Rumours are the mixed-energy trim could see its 181-hp-2.0-litre-and-two-electric-motors swapped out for the 204-horse turbo hybrid from the 2023 CR-V, but we’ll have to wait and see on that front.
The current 10th-generation Accord bowed in 2018, making a 2023-model-year update rather timely. We’ll get the full scoop on the new Honda in November.
