The Honda City e:HEV will be available in the top-spec ZX trim and will come with advanced driver assistance systems.
According to a media report, Honda will announce the price of the City Hybrid on May 4, 2022. The Honda City e:HEV will be available in the top-spec ZX trim. Pre-bookings are already open and deliveries will commence in mid-May.
In India, the City Hybrid will come equipped with an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system, a 7-inch digital instrument cluster and an electric sunroof. The car also come with Honda Sensing tech that includes driver assistance features like Lane Keep Assist, Collision Mitigation Braking System, Road Departure Mitigation, Adaptive Cruise Control, Auto High Beam.
Powering the City Hybrid is a 1.5-litre petrol engine paired with two electric motors, offering a combined output of 124 BHP and 253 Nm. The engine is mated to a continuously variable transmission (CVT) and comes with three drive modes – EV, Hybrid and Petrol. Honda claims a fuel economy figure of 26.5 km/l.
