Honda has recently introduced the CB300 R naked sports bike in the country. The updated motorcycle is made in India and produces more power and torque compared to the BS4 model that was sold earlier via the CKD route.

The Honda CB 300R uses a 286cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled, 4-valve DOHC engine that makes 31.1hp of peak power at 9,000rpm and 27.5Nm of torque at 7,500rpm. The engine is paired to a six-speed gearbox. The 2022 iteration of the bike gets a slipper and assist clutch as standard.
The KTM 390 Duke, on the other hand, uses a 373.3 cc, Single Cylinder, 4 Valve, Liquid Cooled, FI, DOHC engine. The unit paired with a six-speed transmission pumps out 43.5 PS of peak power at 9,000 rpm and 36 Nm of peak torque at 7,000 rpm.
