Image: JungheinrichThe forklift is designed for a load capacity of 6,000 kilograms at a 600-millimetre load centre. It reaches speeds of up to 26 km/h and accelerates to 15 metres in around 4.6 seconds with a load. Jungheinrich highlights lifting performance as a key feature, with speeds of up to 0.6 metres per second under load, aimed at high-frequency handling operations. The FalcOn supports DC charging at up to 150 kW via a CCS-2 interface, enabling the battery to be charged from 20 to 80 per cent in around 30 minutes. This is intended to support multi-shift operations with minimal downtime.Technically, the vehicle features a fully integrated, water-cooled high-voltage system. All key drive components are actively cooled to maintain stable output under continuous load and high ambient temperatures. The drivetrain also incorporates individually controlled wheel motors to enable precise manoeuvring.According to the company, the FalcOn targets applications where electric forklifts have traditionally faced limitations, including heavy loads, steep gradients and continuous outdoor operation. The company positions the vehicle as a solution for sectors such as beverage logistics, construction materials and automotive supply chains, where internal combustion forklifts remain widespread.jungheinrich.com
