Voyah’s plan to list in Hong Kong by way of introduction has received the necessary approvals. Voyah (07489.HK) announced on Feb 13 that it has applied to the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing (HKEX) for the listing and trading of approximately 885.38 million H shares, with trading set for March 19, 2026. Since initiating its listing process in August 2025, Voyah submitted its formal application in October and completed multiple layers of regulatory review, including approvals from the National Development and Reform Commission, Ministry of Commerce, State Administration of Foreign Exchange and the China Securities Regulatory Commission. The company finalized all pre-listing compliance procedures within four months. Over the same period, revenue rose from RMB 12.75 billion ($1.78 billion) to RMB 34.86 billion ($4.88 billion). On the product side, Voyah has established a portfolio spanning SUV, MPV and sedan segments. Models including the Dreamer, Taishan and Zhuiguang L have become its primary sales drivers. In 2026, Voyah plans to launch four new models, all equipped with L3-level intelligent driving hardware. Voyah Dreamer Taishan Ultra and Taishan Black Warrior are scheduled for launch in March and are positioned as mass-production vehicles developed on an L3-oriented architecture. Voyah has also accelerated its overseas expansion, entering more than 40 countries and regions worldwide. Last year, the company held brand launch events in the United Arab Emirates and Qatar, formally entering the Middle East market, with the Voyah FREE and Dreamer commencing local sales.
