This model started arriving at showrooms across China in late September for a display. Fang Cheng Bao is a brand created by BYD specifically for the domestic market. Its vehicles are selling outside China under BYD and Denza brands. For clarity, the FCB Ti 7 crossover, which is the current brand’s bestseller with 32,797 units handed over to clients in August 2026 (based on China EV DataTracker), sells in foreign markets as the BYD Ti 7. It seems that the FCB Ti 9 can also reach global markets under the BYD Ti 9 name shortly after the domestic launch scheduled for Q4 this year. The Fang Cheng Bao Ti 9 In the meantime, Fang Cheng Bao officials released official images of the Ti 9 finished in a new body color. It is officially called “Meteorite Black.” And it is the most “boring” body color of the car so far. Previously, FCB shared that the Ti 9 will be available with a generous number of body shades, including golden, silver, red, blue, and other colors. The interior has three color combinations: white-brown, gray-black, and red-black. Back to the FCB Ti 9 finished in black, it adopts a few chrome-plated highlights around the body. They include semi-hidden door handles, badges, and wheels, as well as the trim pieces on the D-pillars, side-view mirrors, and bumpers. The Fang Cheng Bao Ti 9 is a giant car with hefty dimensions of 5270/1999/1850 mm. Its wheelbase reaches 3,130 mm. It rides on 22-inch wheels, offering a LiDAR on the roof. This family driver has six seats inside. The center console offers a large 30-inch floating screen, an LCD instrument cluster, and a head-up display. The Fang Cheng Bao Ti 9 has a 1.5-liter turbocharged ICE for 115 kW (154 hp) under the hood. It is paired with two electric motors that have a combined peak power output of 400 kW (536 hp). A 66.5 kWh battery powers the system. The Ti 9 can run up to 310 km on a single charge. It also supports flash charging technology, charging from 10% to 97% in nine minutes.
