- Safer Than Ever Before
- Exterior: Colors, Racing Stripes, Packages, And Wheels
- Interior And Trims: Minimal Changes But 70th Anniversary Model Is Gone
The new E-Ray isn't the only change customers can expect.
Besides the arrival of the electrified Corvette E-Ray for the 2024 model year, which we already knew about, we now have a complete list of changes for the 2024 Corvette range as a whole, thanks to the appearance of an order guide online.
Initially spotted by Corvette Blogger, there are quite a few changes to America's famous sports car, ranging from new paint colors to new wheel designs, numerous new driver-assistance features, and some package changes. You can see the exhaustive list of changes in the order guide here, but in the meantime, we've summarized the updates worth knowing about before the 2024 model goes on sale.
Note that the 2023 Corvette is pictured in this piece as Chevy has yet to share official images of the 2024 model; the only exception is the E-Ray launched as a 2024 model.

Safer Than Ever Before
Just because it's a sports car, that doesn't mean that Corvette customers aren't deserving of the latest safety technologies. Newly standard equipment for even the base Stingray includes a following distance indicator, forward collision alert, lane-keep assist with lane departure warning, IntelliBeam automatic high-beam headlights, automatic emergency braking, and front pedestrian and bicyclist braking. This is a vast improvement over the basic safety suite previously available for the C8 Corvette.
Not much more than blind-spot monitoring and rear cross-traffic alert have been available on the Corvette until now.

Exterior: Colors, Racing Stripes, Packages, And Wheels
Chevrolet loves to tinker with the Corvette's customization options, and the 2024 model will now come with new exterior colors, which we previously covered. These replace Caffeine and Elkhart Lake Blue, which haven't been very popular.
A new Tech Bronze Accent Package is available with 19-/20-inch Tech Bronze aluminum wheels, a Dark Stealth crossed flags emblem, a Jake hood graphic with a Tech Bronze accent, and Carbon Flash Metallic with Tech Bronze accent fender hash stripes. This package is restricted to the Stingray and Z06.
Elsewhere, new Engine Appearance packages are available for both the coupe and convertible and the Stingray and Z06 come with new wheel designs. Chevy will also allow Z06 customers to spec the Z07 style aero without requiring the expensive carbon ceramic brakes, a change that can save almost $8,500.
New Carbon Flash racing stripes with various color accents are available, and there's a new spoiler extension.

Interior And Trims: Minimal Changes But 70th Anniversary Model Is Gone
There are fewer changes inside, but the Corvette can now be equipped with visible carbon fiber sill plates. The Stingray, Z06, and E-Ray can all be fitted with new green seat belts. It also appears as though Chevy has upgraded the infotainment system to the latest version with Google built-in, as has been the case for numerous GM models lately.
1LT, 2LT, and 3LT trims will still be available, but the 70th Anniversary edition is gone for the 2024 model year.
We expect the 2024 configurator for the non-hybrid Corvette to go live any day now, and customers should expect a slightly higher starting price than the 2023 model's $64,500. That still makes it a bargain considering the performance on offer, even from the base V8.
