Nearly three months since the all-new 2022 Honda BR-V made its global debut in Jakarta, production of the new MPV has commenced at Honda’s Kerawang plant in Indonesia.
The all-new Honda BR-V is assembled alongside other Honda models such as the Honda Brio, Honda Mobilio, Honda city Hatchback, Honda HR-V, and Honda CR-V.
Honda Prospect Motor is also keen to point out that the all-new Honda BR-V has more than 80 percent local content.

But that’s not all. The all-new Honda BR-V will also offer a total of six airbags and the LaneWatch camera.

Malaysians will have to wait a fair bit more before the all-new Honda BR-V arrives in Malaysia. We expect the second generation BR-V to be launched in Malaysia in late-2022 or early-2023, after factoring a 12 to 18 months in the lead-time required for local assembly (CKD) and local parts sourcing.
