Malaysia has announced a new variant that joins their stable: the 2022 V Sensing, and it is priced from RM 91,708.51 (SST-free pricing until 30-June 2022).
Taking centrestage in this update is the inclusion of the Honda Sensing suite of advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS), bundling these features:
- Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC)
- Collision Mitigation Braking System (CMBS)
- Forward Collision Warning (FCW)
- Lane Keep Assist System (LKAS)
- Road Departure Mitigation (RDM)
- Lane Departure Warning (LDW)
- Auto High Beam (AHB)
The new instrument cluster is similar to this, found in the City Hatchback RS e:HEV
To facilitate these functions, the City Hatchback V Sensing also gains a 7-inch semi-digital instrument cluster too.
Everything else under the hood remains as-is, including Honda LaneWatch, the famed Ultra Seats, and the 1.5-litre naturally-aspirated engine/CVT-automatic combo, which puts out 121 PS and 145 Nm.
Bookings for the model are now open across all 102 Honda dealerships in Malaysia. With the launch of this model, the Honda City Hatchback range in Malaysia now stands as below:
