In terms of design, the extended-range variant largely retains the styling of the BEV version, with the addition of a “POWER X” badge at the rear to distinguish the powertrain. According to official specifications, the XPeng G6 Super EREV offers a pure electric driving range of 430 km and a combined range of up to 1,704 km, comparable to the previously launched extended-range version of the XPeng G7. For charging, the vehicle is built on an 800 V + 5 C high-voltage platform. The company claims the system can add around 314 km of range in approximately 12 minutes. Models such as the X9, P7+, and G7 have since introduced extended-range versions. According to company plans, XPeng aims to launch seven models with “Super EREV” capability in 2026, including the already confirmed P7+, G7, and G6.
