During an earnings call, CEO Silvio Napoli shared new images of the upcoming Cosmos, a smaller electric SUV, and confirmed that a "sportier" version of the Gravity will be revealed later this month at Monterey Car Week.Lucid MotorsThese new photos show the upcoming Lucid Cosmos undergoing cold-weather testing. This model will ride on Lucid's new mid-size platform, and the Cosmos looks to have a sloped-roof design similar to "coupe" SUVs such as the BMW X4. It will be the first of Lucid's smaller and more affordable models to launch, and it's expected to be followed by a more traditionally shaped SUV called the Earth. Construction is ongoing in Saudi Arabia on Lucid's new AMP-2 plant that is scheduled to start building the Cosmos in the second half of 2027.AdvertisementAdvertisementMeanwhile, the new high-performance version of the Gravity is set to be revealed much sooner, in just a few weeks at Monterey Car Week in California.
