The final launch pricing came in below the vehicle’s earlier presale starting price of 106,800 yuan (15,700 USD) announced in April, while several variants were upgraded to Max all-wheel-drive trims. The standard price range for the Starshine 7 is 108,800–139,800 yuan (16,000–20,600 USD). The sedan was previously revealed during presales, with a claimed 0–100 km/h acceleration time of 5.4 seconds and an e-AWD intelligent electric four-wheel-drive system. The model adopts Geely Galaxy’s “Ripple Aesthetics” design language with a vertically arranged “Galaxy Waterfall” front grille, illuminated front fascia, through-type rear light bar, and 19-inch multi-spoke wheels. e-AWD and Thor hybrid system The Starshine 7 adopts the Thor Hybrid 2.0 system. The 1.5-litre engine delivers 82 kW, while the dual-motor all-wheel-drive version produces a combined system output of 312 kW and 526 Nm. Geely claims a 0–100 km/h acceleration time of 5.4 seconds. The vehicle uses a 28.3 kWh battery pack with a CLTC electric range of 220 km for AWD variants and 230 km for the single-motor rear-wheel-drive version. The e-AWD intelligent electric four-wheel-drive system is paired with a five-link independent rear suspension and an adaptive variable-damping system. Geely also claims a thermal efficiency of 47.26% for the Thor EM hybrid engine and a fuel consumption figure in the 2-litre-per-100-km range under depleted-battery conditions. Driver assistance and cabin features The sedan features the Qianli Haohan H3 driver assistance system, with 26 sensors and a computing platform, positioned in the 200,000-yuan (29,400 USD) vehicle segment. Functions include highway NOA navigation assist and automated parking assistance. Inside, the vehicle offers a wraparound cockpit design, a Flyme Auto 2 infotainment system, a 10.2-inch instrument panel, a 14.6-inch or 15.4-inch central screen, and a 16.6-inch head-up display, depending on trim. The cabin also debuts the Eva in-car robot, featuring NFC interaction and emotion display. Earlier development and production The Starshine 7 first appeared in regulatory filings in March as a new plug-in hybrid sedan with all-wheel drive.
