The display featured Jetour’s “Travel+”- branded vehicles, including both conventional SUVs and plug-in hybrid models. Briefly about Jetour’s positioning Jetour is a Chery Group SUV brand focused on value-oriented vehicles, emphasising family use, travel capability, and SUV practicality. At the Beijing Auto Show 2026, Jetour presented multiple SUV models and concepts across its lineup, including three-row SUVs and hybrid-oriented vehicles. Pre-sale announcements for models such as the Traveller Plus and C-DM plug-in hybrid variants start from 27,500 USD, according to previously released pricing information. Jetour T8, displayed at the Beijing Auto Show 2026, is a three-row SUV with a boxy design language. Jetour T8 three-row SUV The Jetour T8 was displayed as a three-row SUV positioned above existing Traveller-based models within the Jetour lineup. The vehicle adopts a boxy SUV design with upright proportions, a high bonnet line, and squared wheel arches. The overall stance and proportions have drawn comparisons in media coverage to large British off-road SUVs, particularly for its upright silhouette and traditional SUV geometry. One report described the model as having a more “premium and road presence-oriented” design direction within Jetour’s expanding SUV family, while still retaining the brand’s focus on practicality and family usability. At the same time, the design remains aligned with Jetour’s “Travel+” branding, focusing on interior space and multi-use functionality rather than luxury positioning. The T8 is intended for the mid-to-large SUV segment, where three-row layouts and hybrid drivetrains are increasingly common in China’s domestic market. Early reported specifications from the show coverage indicate a 2.0T turbocharged engine as part of a hybrid-oriented system, with an output of around 254 hp (approximately 190 kW). The model is associated with Jetour’s GAIA architecture and off-road-oriented chassis systems, although full production specifications have not yet been officially confirmed. Interior layouts shown at the event include a three-row seating configuration for up to seven occupants, along with a large central infotainment screen and a digital instrument cluster. Jetour Shanhai L10 shown at the Beijing Auto Show 2026 as a hybrid SUV model. Shanhai L10 model display The Shanhai L10 is being shown at the Jetour booth as part of the SUV lineup. It is associated with Jetour’s plug-in hybrid SUV development under the Shanhai product family. The model was displayed alongside other Jetour SUVs and concepts, but detailed standalone technical specifications such as battery capacity, electric range, or system output were not disclosed at the show. At the Beijing Auto Show display, the vehicle showed inconsistent naming between the front and rear. The front number plate area displayed “S10”, while the rear badging read “L10”. Chinese media coverage primarily refers to the model as Shanhai L10, suggesting that “S10” may represent an internal or pre-production designation rather than a final production name, although no official clarification was provided at the event. Chinese coverage of the booth generally groups multiple SUVs under the broader Traveller and Shanhai product families rather than separating them into fully independent flagship model launches. The Jetour TX concept was displayed alongside the Traveller SUV family at the Beijing Auto Show 2026. Jetour TX concept display Jetour also displayed an EV model, the TX, in its booth lineup, alongside the T8 and the Shanghai L10. The vehicle followed the same boxy SUV design language seen across Jetour’s Traveller-based family, with upright proportions and a focus on off-road styling elements. Chinese coverage generally places the TX within Jetour’s broader SUV concept and design direction rather than identifying it as a separate production model. It was presented as part of the brand’s ongoing exploration of boxy SUV styling and the “Travel+” product framework displayed at the event. Boxy SUV design direction Jetour displayed multiple SUV models with boxy exterior styling, including Traveller-based models and new variants under the same design language. These vehicles share upright body proportions, squared-off exterior elements, and a consistent SUV silhouette across different size categories shown at the booth. The models were presented under Jetour’s existing “Travel+” branding, which is used for its SUV product strategy. Chery Group SUV lineup context Chery Group also displayed SUVs across multiple sub-brands at the same event. Chery also introduced the Tiggo X SUV at the Beijing Auto Show, which uses a hybrid powertrain with a reported combined output of 476 hp and a claimed total range of around 1,500 km, positioned in the large SUV segment of the main Chery brand lineup.
