It’s capable of getting 57 mpg combined, an outstanding figure that reduces the frequency of gas station stops. But a vehicle’s range is limited by the amount of fuel it can carry, so the Prius isn’t actually the longest-range Toyota you can buy in 2026. It’s not a sedan or crossover, either. Here’s a closer look at the longest-range new Toyota that can get over 700 miles on a full tank, as well as the models that are just behind it with ranges of over 600 miles.Tundra Hybrid Goes Farther Than Any Other ToyotaThe Toyota that can cover the longest distance between refuels is a full-size pickup truck. Yes, thanks to its 32.2-gallon gas tank and combined 22 mpg rating, the Tundra Hybrid in rear-wheel-drive guise can cover 708 miles on a full tank. If you stick to highway driving entirely, you get 24 mpg, increasing the range to 772 miles. That’s not bad for a vehicle that weighs well over 5,000 pounds and can seat five people comfortably. The four-wheel-drive model’s combined rating drops to 20 mpg at best, reducing its range to 644 miles.2026 Toyota Tundra HybridToyotaThis makes the Tundra Hybrid a brilliant road-trip or getaway vehicle, as a full tank can take you and your family far into the outdoors before you need to start worrying about finding a gas station. It’s powerful, too, as the 3.4-liter twin-turbo hybrid—known as the i-Force Max—produces 437 horsepower and 583 lb-ft of torque. With this engine, the Tundra is capable of towing up to 11,350 pounds.Related: The Longest Range EVs You Can Buy in 2026Other Long-Range ToyotasIf you do plenty of driving on the open road, Toyota has a few other models that are all capable of getting well over 600 miles on a full tank.Toyota Camry: 663 Miles2026 Toyota CamryToyotaThe Toyota Camry gets closest to the Tundra Hybrid. The AWD model isn’t far behind on 35/36/35 mpg and boasts a 630-mile range.Toyota Prius: 644 Miles2026 Toyota PriusToyotaThe most efficient Toyota of all, the base Prius with FWD gets 57/56/57 mpg, but its range is limited to 644 miles because of the small 11.3-gallon gas tank in FWD models.
