This program is not a simple franchise model, but rather a partner incentive mechanism designed for frontline store managers, with the core objective of enhancing store operational capabilities. Under the new mechanism, certain authorities and responsibilities will be delegated to the store level. The role of store managers will also shift from traditional business administrators to “store general managers” who are accountable for store operating results. This means that frontline stores will have greater autonomy in business decision-making while also directly participating in store profit-sharing.
