The new model features upgrades across its exterior design, interior luxury, smart driving capabilities, and chassis performance. Last week, Li Auto’s founder Li Xiang compared this model to the first iPhone. Deliveries are set to begin this week, with a right-hand drive version scheduled to enter markets including Hong Kong, Macau, and Thailand by the end of the year. ExteriorThe Mega Home introduces several detail-oriented enhancements. The front fascia now features “crystal brilliance” decorative strips and replaces traditional ultrasonic radars with UWB high-precision near-field radars for a cleaner look. The headlights are equipped with ADB technology and silver rounded-rectangular accents, complemented by an intelligent three-colour “Star Ring” light system. Customers can choose from five body colours: Panda White, Grey, Silver, Amethyst Grey, and Elephant Grey. A standout feature is the new 18-inch “Flying saucer” wheels, available in Space Grey and Panda White. Additional upgrades include semi-hidden door handles with anti-pinch electric suction doors and a 2.6m “Sweet Home” oversized welcome light carpet. The vehicle’s dimensions are 5,355mm in length, 1,965mm in width, and 1,850mm in height, with a wheelbase of 3,300mm. The rear is redesigned with a 3D embossed tailgate and lowered taillights to reduce the visual centre of gravity and increase the rear window area. The side and rear of the Mega Home. InteriorInside, the Mega Home offers dual-tone colour schemes (White-Grey or Brown-Coffee). The dashboard is dominated by a 29-inch OLED 6K panoramic screen powered by dual Mahe M100 chips, delivering a total computing power of 2,560 TOPS. The steering wheel’s LCD screen has been removed, and seats now feature a diamond-grid pattern. The rear cabin is also optimised: Lighting & Glass: A dual-vertical sunroof with independent shades and “Home Light” (comprising 396 LED sources) provide customizable ambience. Side and rear windows are equipped with EC dimming glass and electric sunshades. Comfort: Four zero-gravity seats (front and second row), with the second row supporting stepless rotation for face-to-face interaction. The interior features 31 heating zones and 18-point hot-stone kneading massage. The third-row seats now also support ventilation and heating. Amenities: A 21-inch OLED 4K mobile screen, a 10L cooling/heating refrigerator, a 33-speaker audio system, and a modular floating table that can transform into a large dining table, a side table, or a “half-table.” Smart Driving and performanceThe Mega Home elevates its intelligence with a 4-Lidar sensor suite and the new generation Mahe VLA driver model. Under the hood, the vehicle employs a dual-motor all-wheel-drive system. The front motor delivers 155 kW (208 hp) and the rear motor 258 kW (346 hp), resulting in a combined maximum power of 413 kW (554 hp). It is powered by a 108 kWh CATL ternary lithium battery pack, providing a pure electric range of 710 km. The chassis is engineered for stability and convenience, featuring dual-chamber air springs, dual-valve CDC, and an 800V active anti-roll “Magic Carpet” chassis that nearly eliminates body roll during cornering. It also includes an “Elephant Welcome” function, where one side of the vehicle drops 30mm within 2 seconds to facilitate easier entry and exit. Furthermore, the addition of steer-by-wire and ±7∘ rear-wheel steering reduces the turning radius to 5.5m and improves intelligent parking precision. The interior of the new Li Mega.
