On June 24, Changan Nevo announced that the all-new Q05 will officially enter the Uzbekistan market on June 26. The compact all-electric SUV, which completed its first overseas launch in Southeast Asia, is now extending its rollout into Central Asia. The Q05 was first introduced in Thailand at the end of May, offered in Max and Ultra trims, priced at 599,900 baht ($16,214) and 679,900 baht ($18,371) after discounts. According to Changan’s global product rollout plan, the Q05 expansion pathway has been pre-defined. The model is scheduled to enter Indonesia and selected Latin American markets between July and September, followed by further expansion into European countries after October. On the manufacturing side, Changan operates 22 overseas production bases worldwide, including the Rayong plant in Thailand and an intelligent manufacturing facility in Brazil, with total overseas capacity of about 350,000 units. In terms of performance, Changan delivered 209,100 vehicles in May, including 70,700 units from overseas markets, up 38% year on year. Within the Nevo lineup, 34,528 units were delivered in May, with the Q05 contributing 15,812 units, maintaining monthly sales above 10,000 for three consecutive months.
