This car starts at 139,900 yuan (20,845 USD), aiming to rival the BYD Song Ultra. The Nevo Q06 is expected to reach foreign markets in the future. The Changan Nevo Q06 started sales in China on September 23. 24 hours after the launch ceremony, the brand’s officials reported that the Nevo Q06 got 35,000 orders. For comparison, the mentioned BYD Song Ultra EV received 37,216 orders in the first week on sale in China. Although this figure reflects only orders rather than actual customer deliveries, we see strong interest in the Changan Nevo Q06 on the domestic market. According to China EV DataTracker, Changan Nevo delivered 215,533 cars from January to August 2026, up 44.9% Year-Over-Year. Its current bestseller is a smaller Changan Nevo Q05 SUV with a starting price of 79,900 yuan (11,905 USD). This urban-focused model’s deliveries reached 107,768 units so far this year. The Changan Nevo Q06 can increase the brand’s total sales and also boost profits, being a higher-margin product with a price range of 139,900 – 169,900 yuan (20,845 – 25,315 USD). Changan Nevo Q06 The Nevo Q06’s styling was created by Volkswagen veteran Klaus Zyciora. This sleek model boasts hefty dimensions of 4837/1970/1670 mm with a wheelbase of 2,940 mm. It offers a five-seat cabin with a 15.6-inch center screen, a ceiling-mounted monitor, and a built-in fridge. The car’s trunk offers a volume of 782 liters as standard. The Q06 BEV also has a 196-liter compartment under the hood. This mid-size crossover adopts a roof-mounted 256-line LiDAR sensor complemented by 11 cameras and three mm-wave radars. They send information to a processor with a peak computing power of 560 TOPS. It allows the car to stop automatically from a speed of 135 km/h. Another feature is the Automatic Emergency Steering (AES) system that operates within the 60–120 km/h speed range.
