It combines a desert-like exterior finish with extensive off-road modifications based on the company's Stage 3 Expedition and Pursuit packages.Real Steel Over Real SteelAlthough Tesla promotes the Cybertruck's stainless-steel body as durable and even "bulletproof," additional protection can help prevent dents and scratches while off-roading. The upgrades include steel front and rear bumpers, a bull bar, steel rocker panels, and satin dry carbon-fiber front and rear fender flares.AdvertisementAdvertisementThe company also noted that the Dune-inspired finish is a FlexiShield paint-protection film. It provides the protective benefits of conventional PPF while adding color and heat-activated self-healing properties, helping the truck avoid looking worn after intense off-road runs.The truck's utility has also been enhanced with a four-bar roof-rack system, MOLLE side sails providing modular mounting points, and rear-bumper swing arms capable of carrying items such as recovery gear, fuel cans, or a spare tire. Auxiliary lighting for nighttime trails includes a hood-mounted 50-inch light bar.Performance upgrades include improved brake pads, CYBRSHOCKS rear secondary shocks, a three-way adjustable rear sway bar, BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A KO2 tires, and UP-03 beadlock wheels, which help keep the tires seated when running at reduced pressures. From the factory, the range-topping Cyberbeast uses a tri-motor all-wheel-drive system producing 845 horsepower.
