On January 28, Avatr announced that the first batch of right-hand-drive Avatr 07 models has rolled off the production line at scale and has been shipped to Thailand. This marks the brand’s second right-hand-drive model for the Thai market, following the Avatr 11. The Avatr 07 made its overseas debut in Thailand in November last year. With shipments now underway, the model has entered the practical delivery preparation phase, signaling Avatr’s transition in Southeast Asia from a single-model presence to a broader product lineup. Avatr 07 debuts in Thailand The Avatr 07 was launched in China on September 26, 2024, positioned as a midsize SUV. It is offered in both battery-electric and range-extended variants, and comes standard across the range with Huawei Qiankun ADS and the HarmonyOS cockpit. The pre-sale price started at RMB 219,900 ($30,500). In September 2025, the 2026 Avatr 07 was introduced in China with a limited-time starting price of RMB 209,900 ($29,100). The update brought configuration upgrades, including Huawei Qiankun ADS 4.0 as standard and CATL batteries across the lineup. Avatr officially entered the Thai market on September 17, 2024, unveiling the right-hand-drive Avatr 11 at a brand launch event in Bangkok. Within just three and a half months of market entry, the Avatr 11 ranked first for two consecutive months in Thailand’s luxury SUV segment priced above THB 2 million, outselling models such as the Porsche Cayenne, Mercedes-Benz GLC, and Tesla Model Y. He added that Avatr targets becoming a leader in the premium intelligent electric vehicle segment by 2030. From an operational perspective, Avatr has gained stable traction in China. In December 2025, domestic deliveries reached 10,470 units, marking ten consecutive months with monthly sales above 10,000 units. Full-year sales exceeded 120,000 units, with its sales and service network now covering more than 200 cities nationwide. Internationally, Avatr’s overseas footprint spans four continents, covering more than 40 countries and regions including Singapore, Egypt, the United Arab Emirates, and Brazil, with over 80 overseas touchpoints. According to its roadmap, Avatr plans to launch four Huawei co-developed models between 2026 and 2027. By 2030, its product portfolio is expected to expand to 17 models, covering key segments such as sedans, SUVs, and MPVs.
