Pricing and positioning Pre-sales for the refreshed lineup opened on April 2, ahead of the official launch. Zeekr positioned the updated 007 lineup in the mid-to-premium EV sedan segment, maintaining its core price band while adding limited-time incentives, including trade-in subsidies and financing support. Three variants are offered, covering rear-wheel-drive and all-wheel-drive configurations with two battery sizes. The pricing places the model directly against the Tesla Model 3 in China, particularly in higher-performance trims. With high-rate charging capability, the larger 103 kWh battery supports up to 6C charging, allowing a 10% to 80% charge in approximately 10 minutes under optimal conditions. The smaller 75 kWh pack supports 5.5C charging. 2026 Zeekr 007 Performance and range The refreshed models continue to emphasise performance. The dual-motor variant delivers up to 585 kW combined output, enabling acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h in 2.73 seconds. Rear-wheel-drive versions produce 370 kW. The maximum CLTC range is 905 km for the sedan and 880 km for the 7 GT variant, with minimum energy consumption of 12 kWh per 100 km under CLTC conditions. Smart driving and cockpit Zeekr upgraded the intelligent driving system with the Nvidia Drive Thor-U chip, delivering up to 700 TOPS of computing power. The system integrates 31 sensors, including a lidar unit, supporting navigation-assisted driving and automated parking. Inside, both models feature a 35.5-inch AR-HUD, a 15.4-inch central display, and a 13.02-inch instrument cluster powered by the 8295 chip and Zeekr AI OS7 system. A new “Eva” in-car assistant adds visual and voice-based interaction. 2026 Zeekr 7 GT Chassis and safety The updated models come standard with an AI digital chassis, combining closed air suspension, CCD electromagnetic damping, and a road-preview “magic carpet” function. Safety updates include a high-speed tyre blowout control system at 120 km/h, seven airbags, and additional remote airbags. The vehicles also retain AEB and obstacle avoidance systems. FR‑Line adds forged wheels, four‑piston brakes, an Alcantara cabin, and track features. Design and GT differentiation Both models adopt a unified front design with the Zeekr Stargate light system. The 7 GT introduces a more practical shooting-brake profile with roof rails, expanded cargo capacity up to 1,737 litres, and optional towing equipment. An optional FR-Line performance package adds forged wheels, four-piston callipers, Alcantara interior materials, and track-oriented driving features. Industry context The refresh focuses on core hardware upgrades rather than a full redesign, targeting improvements in charging speed, intelligent driving capability, and chassis systems. In China’s competitive EV sedan segment, these areas are increasingly central to differentiation, particularly against rivals such as Tesla and Xiaomi. Zeekr 007 sales in China.
