It will become available for purchase online at 10:00 Chinese time. It is a 5.2-meter PHEV with a 70 kWh battery. The five-seat Zeekr 9X became available for pre-orders on July 8. According to the brand’s officials, paying a 5,000 yuan (740 USD) deposit ahead of launch entitles customers to up to 90,000 yuan in limited-time pre-sale benefits. They include a 10,000 yuan (1,480 USD) direct discount, a free Naim sound system worth 60,000 yuan (8,865 USD), a free ceiling-mounted screen worth 15,000 yuan (2,220 USD), and free power side steps worth 10,000 yuan. The five-seat Zeekr 9X For clarity, the six-seat version of the Zeekr 9X costs 465,900 – 599,900 yuan (68,830 – 88,630 USD) in China, including the top-trim Obsidian Black version with a peak power output of 1,030 kW (1,381 hp). There is a high chance the five-seat trim will be priced equally to the six-seater. The five-seat Zeekr 9X focuses on the comfort of side rear passengers. They have 1.4 meters of legroom, power leg rests, and a zero-gravity mode. Other fine features include heating, massage, and ventilation functions. The center seat could be transformed into an armrest with a block of physical controls, cup holders, and two wireless phone chargers. There is also a compartment box under the middle seat. At the same time, the 9X adopts a built-in fridge. Its interior adopts Nappa full-grain leather and 14 pieces of natural Nordic wood. Interior of the five-seat Zeekr 9X The dimensions of the Zeekr 9X are 5239/2029/1819 mm. Its wheelbase reaches 3,169 mm. This SUV comes standard with a plug-in hybrid system, which comprises a 2-liter engine and a couple of electric motors. The combined power output of the system is 660 kW (885 hp). Two battery options are available: 55 kWh for 300 km EV range (CLTC conditions) and 70 kWh for 380 km EV range. There is also a tri-motor trim with a combined peak power of 1,030 kW (1,381 hp). It runs up to 355 km on a single charge. According to China EV DataTracker, Zeekr delivered 45,731 units of the 9X crossover. This model’s cumulative deliveries surpassed 65,000 units, topping the high-end SUV segment for seven consecutive months. The Zeekr 9X is a global model that will enter various foreign regions this year.
