Zeekr partners with DC Handal to expand EV charging in MalaysiaThe Geely-owned Zeekr brand has announced that it has signed an agreement with Malaysian EV charging network operator Handal Green Mobility Sdn Bhd (DC Handal), to provide its customers with access to a wider network of high-speed charging stations across Malaysia.The Chinese battery electric vehicle (BEV) manufacturer's Malaysian unit, Zeekr Intelligent Technology Malaysia, said it has agreed to use DC Handal's existing network of direct current (DC) fast-charging stations located on key transport routes across Malaysia.The two companies also plan to work together to expand the available charging network, as Zeekr looks to strengthen its Malaysian aftersales ecosystem, with an initial seven new charging stations scheduled to be built along the North-South Expressway corridor.
