The company’s third production model, a compact electric SUV, has been available in Germany since late 2025, following the brand’s market launch in the country. For the 2026 model year, now available in Europe, Zeekr has introduced several improvements. The manufacturer highlights faster charging, enhanced performance, and refined interior details, which are said to “set new benchmarks in its segment” and demonstrate “that compact models can be delivered without compromises.”The vehicle is equipped with Zeekr’s proprietary Golden Battery, introduced at the end of 2023 and already used in the Zeekr 001 since last year. The long-range version of the vehicle, featuring rear-wheel drive, is fitted with a new LFP battery with a capacity of 61 kWh. Its DC fast-charging capability reaches up to 230 kW, enabling a 10 to 80 per cent charge in just 18 minutes.“Through the use of Golden Battery technology—featuring an improved chemical composition and optimised battery management system—we achieve a combination of high energy density, maximum fast-charging capability, and long service life on a 400-volt architecture,” Zeekr states. The Zeekr X has also received a boost to motor performance: both the Long Range and Privilege AWD variants now deliver an additional 50 kW. The Privilege AWD version achieves up to 365 kW and accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.7 seconds. Meanwhile, the Long Range version offers a system output of 250 kW and completes the 0 to 100 km/h sprint in 5.5 seconds.Across all trim levels, the interior has been upgraded. The centre console has been redesigned with a modern, streamlined layout. Boot volume has increased by 47 litres to 404 litres, and additional storage compartments have been added for greater practicality. “The interior retains the clear, modern, and Scandinavian design philosophy that has distinguished the Zeekr X since its market launch,” the company notes.Source: via email
