Land Rover has introduced the new Range Rover Sport Twenty Edition. Celebrates the model’s 20th anniversary with an bevy of special touches. Highlights include 23-inch wheels, forged carbon trim, and a V8 engine. It’s hard to believe, but the Range Rover Sport is turning 20 years old. The company is now celebrating that milestone by introducing the aptly named Twenty Edition. Based on the Range Rover Sport Dynamic SE, the special edition features the Black Exterior Pack as well as subtle “Twenty” badging on the front fenders. They’re joined by 23‑inch wheels that offer a gloss black or gloss silver finish. However, the real highlight is Sanguinello Orange, which pays tribute to the Range Stormer concept from 2004 and the Vesuvius Orange color of the Range Rover Sport First Edition. Moving inside, there are Ebony Windsor leather sport seats sourced from the Range Rover Sport SV. They’re joined by forged carbon trim, a black suedecloth headliner, illuminated sill plates, and “Twenty” badging on the center console. Besides the special touches, the model comes nicely equipped with heated, ventilated, and massaging front seats as well as heated and ventilated rear seats. They’re joined by a heated steering wheel, a dual-zone climate control system, and an 18-speaker Meridian 3D surround sound system. Other highlights include a 13.7-inch digital instrument cluster and a 13.1-inch infotainment system. They’re accompanied by metal pedals and a wireless smartphone charger. Power comes from a twin-turbo 4.4-liter V8 engine pumping out 523 hp (390 kW / 530 PS). It enables the crossover to accelerate from 0-60 mph (0-96 km/h) in 4.3 seconds, before hitting a top speed of 155 mph (250 km/h). The Range Rover Sport Twenty Edition is available to order now and U.S. pricing starts at $114,800.
