The Super Limited Hennessey Super Venom Mustang

When Hennessey first started building the Super Venom Mustang, the emphasis was certainly on performance and aerodynamics. They aimed to increase the standard power of Ford's Coyote 5.0-liter V8 engine by 70%, boosting the horsepower from 500 bhp to 850 bhp. It also received 55% more torque at 650 lb-ft.

Hennessey also created something called the VenomAero carbon fiber performance kit. This helps keep the Mustang cooler and increases performance to ensure the Super Venom lives up to expectations.

The Hennessey Super Venom Comes In Two Flavors

Buyers can order the new Hennessey Super Venom in two varieties: the Super Venom Dark Horse and the Super Venom GT. The GT will start at $149,950, while the Dark Horse starts at $163,950. But the best news? You get the full Ford factory warranty when you order from an authorized Ford dealership. That includes a three-year, 36,000-mile Hennessey limited warranty as well.

Ford says the Dark Horse can hit zero to 60 MPH in just 3.7 seconds, but the Hennessey Super Venom Dark Horse can do that on 3.2 seconds. In the quarter-mile, the standard version hits 12 seconds at 118.4 MPH. Hennessey's does that in 10.9 seconds at 133 MPH.

Ordering from Ford also gives you access to black, silver, and red '91 Icon liveries. The Super Venom's '91 livery is a nod to the year Hennessey was founded and adds 20-inch lightweight performance wheels. Who needs a standard Ford Mustang GT when you can get the Super Venom?
