The extra expense of creating the bespoke body was roughly equal to the price of another new Veyron Grand Sport Vitesse, El Motor reported. It is not known how much Alonso paid to make this Veyron a part of his personal collection.At the heart of the Veyron Grand Sport Vitesse is Bugatti's 8.0-liter quad-turbocharged W16, producing 1,200 horsepower and 1,500 Nm (1,106 lb-ft) of torque.
