The Erlanger Lion's Club played host to the 2nd Annual Kenton County Sheriff's Department Car Show and proved to be an excellent choice for a venue. With a decent sized parking lot and all the facilities one could need for such an event, the Lion's Club was able to accommodate the 50 or so cars and trucks that rolled in to help raise money for the Kentucky Sheriff's Department's Boys and Girls Ranch. Among the vehicles on hand were a Ford Galaxie 500 XL, a C 5 or fifth generation Chevrolet Corvette, a Chevy Nomad station wagon, a beautiful second-generation Vette, a C 7 Corvette, and a 1951 Chevrolet Deluxe sedan.
