It autonomously plans safe grasping paths, effectively mitigating common risks like pin damage and placement misalignment.Furthermore, for the challenging insertion and removal phase of inspection, the robots leverage sub-millimeter precision to execute movements steadily, ensuring full operational consistency and product yield.Preliminary estimates indicate the solution can cut optical module production loss rates by roughly 10%. With a service life of 3 to 5 years per unit, the system promises to significantly lower comprehensive operational costs over the long term.Founded in 2024, PsiBot has focused from the outset on solving the challenges of dexterous manipulation in embodied AI. Centered on an end-to-end Vision-Language-Action (VLA) model, the firm has built a software toolchain and developed its proprietary Psi-SynEngine data acquisition engine to efficiently capture real-world interaction data, significantly lowering collection costs.This year, the company plans to build the nation's largest dexterous hand dataset, laying a solid data foundation for embodied intelligence to transition from technical leadership to a commercial closed loop.At the upcoming WAIC 2026, PsiBot will demonstrate long-horizon dexterous robot operations across various scenarios and tasks, showcasing high generalization capabilities.
