By leveraging industry growth, the plan aims to generate more high-quality positions and establish new growth poles for employment. As a central initiative, the "AI + Manufacturing" special campaign will be fully rolled out. This action aims to integrate AI technology across the entire manufacturing chain—boosting quality and efficiency in traditional industries while injecting momentum into emerging ones, thereby driving an optimization of the employment structure.Additionally, the meeting called for refining the gradient cultivation system for enterprises. This involves implementing support policies for specialized and sophisticated SMEs and launching an entrepreneurship support plan for AI-focused small businesses. By nurturing these market entities, the ministry aims to strengthen the economy's capacity to absorb workers. To remove bottlenecks in job matching, the MIIT will leverage platforms like national high-tech zones and incubators to organize recruitment drives, including the "100-Day Recruitment" campaign. Simultaneously, it will implement a manufacturing talent support plan to strengthen technical training and ease the mismatch between talent supply and demand in the industry.
