Police weren't caught off guard by the event; authorities say officers were already conducting a targeted traffic enforcement operation focused on the meet-up. That makes the alleged behavior of the attendees seem even more puzzling, as they likely knew police were already on the scene.By the end of the night, officers had conducted 121 traffic stops, issued 105 citations, and towed three vehicles. The most recognizable of the bunch was the brightly decorated Corvette modeled after Pixar's famous race car. According to police, the driver earned the tow after choosing to perform a burnout during the event.
