The electric Super-One gains visual upgrades from Honda Access. The “Bulldog Style” kit pays homage to the original City Turbo II. The kit includes decals, a spoiler, bi-color fog lights and new wheels. Honda Access is doubling down on 1980s nostalgia with the introduction of the “Bulldog Style” accessories for the Super-One in Japan. Those parts are intended to make the electric hot hatch look even more like its spiritual predecessor, while emphasizing its sporty flair. The Honda City Turbo II from the ’80s was nicknamed the Bulldog, which explains the automaker’s fixation with this particular dog breed. Stickers with Bulldog lettering in red can be found on the doors, tailgate, and front bumper, mimicking the Turbo II decals of the original. If you look closer you’ll notice the “electric power” lettering underneath, highlighting the zero-emission nature of the model. The highlight of the accessory pack is the new roof spoiler which is significantly larger than the stock unit. This is finished in black, matching the roof and the Honda emblems. Another visual upgrade is the LED fog lights on the bumper, which kind of look like an afterthought due to their position between the side inlets and the central cooling intake. These LEDs can shed white or yellow light, and come with black garnish. Last but not least, Honda Access offers a different set of 15-inch aluminum wheels finished in black, with six double spokes. Overall, the kit is more subtle compared to the Mugen catalogue that was unveiled just a few days ago. The Active Sound Control system mimics gear shifts and engine growls through the speakers. The model also features a unique chassis setup compared to the N-One kei car, with stiffer dampers and wider tracks. The accessorized EV was showcased earlier this month at the Automobile Council 2026 in Chiba, appearing alongside an original City Turbo II. Pre-orders for the Super-One and its “Bulldog Style” catalog opened earlier this month in Japan, ahead of the official market launch scheduled for May.
