Leveraging industry-leading automated production lines, the factory achieves full-process digital control over manufacturing.Joint module production line: Utilizes force and vision dual-guided assembly with changeover times under 15 minutes, supporting full-range testing from 1 to 500 Nm.Final assembly line: Features modular zoning and real-time torque monitoring, with SN codes bound for full-link traceability.Circular overhead rail test line: Enables parallel testing of multiple machines and condition simulation, cutting energy use by 25% while allowing for unmanned, continuous operation.U-shaped pilot line + smart warehouse: Facilitates rapid process verification and 24-hour smart logistics, achieving a picking accuracy rate of 99.99%.Embodied Intelligence Testing Center: Implements a five-matrix testing framework covering electrical and electronic systems, precision structures, environmental adaptability, safety compliance, and reliability.
