It incorporated "no obvious smoke" into its safety targets, directly addressing a critical industry pain point: the intrusion of high-temperature toxic fumes into the passenger cabin during thermal runaway.The test followed the China Electric Vehicle Fire Safety Index (C-EVFI) 2026 protocols, evaluating performance across five dimensions.The test conditions far exceeded the norm: ambient temperature of 40°C, cell temperature of 40°C, and a 96% state of charge—nearly full. The trigger method was even more direct, inducing thermal runaway with a device buried inside the battery pack to bypass all external protection layers. While the national standard requires a two-hour observation period, the Galaxy TT extended this to 24 hours.Results showed that following the single-cell thermal runaway, the battery pack produced no open flames or explosions, and the thermal event did not spread.Leveraging the industry-first NP3.0 thermal runaway protection technology, high-temperature toxic fumes were routed through a dedicated directional pressure relief channel and a multi-stage cooling and purification system. They were cooled, filtered, and rendered harmless inside the pack before being discharged outside the vehicle.Inside the cabin, there was no visible smoke, no choking fumes, and no significant heat intrusion.
