Virtually New 2022 Ferrari 812 Competizione With Just 299 km Heads to ZouteA virtually unused 2022 Ferrari 812 Competizione with only 299 km on the clock is headed to the block as Lot 130 at Broad Arrow Auctions' Zoute Concours Auction on Friday, October 9, 2026. Photos and listing details come courtesy of Broad Arrow Auctions, and the house expects the car to bring between €1.3 million and €1.5 million. This is the kind of Ferrari collectors fight over: a limited-run, naturally aspirated V12 in a standout spec that has barely turned a wheel. Chassis 276724 is one of just 999 Competizione coupes, every one of which was spoken for the moment the model was announced.A V12 That Rewrote the RulebookThe Competizione is far more than an 812 Superfast with stickers. Ferrari took the 6.5-liter, 65-degree V12 and re-engineered it for 830 CV, with the engine spinning to 9,500 rpm and making peak power at 9,200. To get there, engineers fitted titanium connecting rods, DLC-coated cams, a rebalanced crankshaft and revised cylinder heads with race-derived finger followers. Broad Arrow notes that it remains the most powerful naturally aspirated V12 in a modern production Ferrari, a figure matched only by the newer 12Cilindri. If you enjoy that kind of engineering lineage, our look at the longest engine families still powering modern cars is a good companion read. The chassis got the same treatment. The Virtual Short Wheelbase system moved up to version 3.0 with independently steered rear actuators, working alongside the latest Side Slip Control software. Outside, the rear glass was replaced by an aluminum panel with vortex generators, and the front gained a deep carbon splitter and a hood blade to pull air out of the engine bay. Ferrari quotes a top speed above 340 km/h and 0–100 km/h in 2.85 seconds. The Car ItselfThis example was delivered new in Germany and collected in Berlin in April 2022. It wears Blu Tour de France paint with an Argento Nürburgring racing stripe flanked by Nero D.S., and plenty of exposed carbon fiber on the front air vents, underdoor covers and rear extractor. Forged 20-inch wheels and aluminum-finished calipers round out the exterior.Inside, the cabin is Nero Alcantara with Blu Elettrico details and contrast stitching, plus checked-pattern racing seats with embroidered Cavallino headrests. Options include the suspension lifter, Scuderia Ferrari fender shields, High Power Hi-Fi, a heat-insulating windscreen and HomeLink. The car was first serviced in April 2023 by Riller & Schnauck in Berlin at just 247 km, with three more services since, the latest in 2025. It comes with its German Fahrzeugbrief, and Broad Arrow notes the lot is VAT-qualifying on the full purchase price. What the Market SaysThe timing is interesting. According to the Hagerty Valuation Tools Price Guide, a 2023 812 Competizione in #3 (Good) condition sits between roughly $1.77 million and $2.17 million as of October 2026. That is up 5.1 percent over the quarter, 20.6 percent over the past year and 162.1 percent over three years. Hagerty also lists a recent public sale of $2,232,950 at RM Sotheby's on September 26, 2026, and a three-year auction high of $3,355,000 for the model, with only 28 sold at public auction in that window. Low mileage and a standout spec are exactly what push a car toward the top of that range, so keep an eye on how this one performs. The rest of the V12 family is moving too. The Hagerty Price Guide for the 2018 812 Superfast shows a #3 (Good) range of about $404,000 to $448,000, up 25 percent in a year, though only 8.7 percent over three years. That gap shows how much of the money is chasing the limited Competizione rather than the standard car. You can check any model yourself with the Hagerty Valuation Tools. We have followed these cars at every stage of the family, from an early 2018 812 Superfast to a low-mileage 2021 812 GTS and a 2022 812 GTS on Bring a Trailer. A car with 299 km, a distinctive spec and a clean service record is about as close to new as a collector can get. Bidding closes Friday at the Zoute Concours Auction, and the full listing is on the Broad Arrow Auctions lot page.⚡️ Read the full article on Motorious
