Jeep is celebrating its 85th anniversary with a new special edition Wrangler every single month this year. So far, the special editions have quite a range. Whether you want something bold and unique, or something more subtle and affordable, Jeep has a special Wrangler for you. None of them are particularly limited in number, though, so those looking for sheer exclusivity, may need to look elsewhere. More specifically, they may need to look to Jeep in South Korea, as the overseas branch has created something with minuscule production numbers.Jeep Meet The Wrangler Trail Hunt Edition Yes, the Wrangler Trail Hunt Edition is only for South Korea, adding to the count of overseas-only special edition Jeeps. According to the Jeep branch, it was inspired by action movies, specifically Indiana Jones. Looking at it, we're not sure that we'd say it's especially reminiscent of the classic Harrison Ford films aside from being an off-roader and having a body evolved from a vehicle from a similar era. At the same time, it certainly doesn't look bad, and it's absolutely loaded with Mopar accessories.JeepThe Trail Hunt starts as a Wrangler Rubicon, and it's equipped with the turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder with an eight-speed automatic transmission. From there, Jeep Korea adds the Mopar 2-inch lift kit along with beadlock wheels and fender flare extensions. So not only will you get more ground clearance, you'll have a little extra room to fit even bigger tires, all combined with the Rubicon's myriad factory upgrades like locking differentials and anti-roll bar disconnects. For additional practicality, Jeep added a hood deflector, roof rack with ladder, and windshield wipers with integrated washer sprayers. Capping it all off is a bit of style thanks to the Moab rock scape side decals, which sit over either white or grey paint.Jeep You Probably Can't Get One, But Don't Fret Perhaps most appealing about this special edition for some buyers, is that an extremely select few will get one. Jeep Korea is only building 20. Yes, just 20, not 20,000. It's not terribly expensive, either. Its price of 95,700,000 Korean won converts to $64,834. For reference, a base four-door Rubicon in the U.S. has a base price (excluding destination) of $50,535, and a Rubicon X's base price is $63,225. Jeep Korea also notes that buying all the Mopar accessories included on the Trail Hunt, along with a comparable Rubicon, would end up costing more than just buying the Trail Hunt.No amount of money will get you the Trail Hunt Edition in the U.S., though. However, you should be able to replicate it, more or less, since all the Trail Hunt's parts are just Mopar accessories. In fact, we looked up as many of the accessories as we could. The 2-in. lift kit is $1,995. The Moab vinyl graphics are $355. The hood deflector is $167. The only parts we couldn't find or price on the Mopar site were the roof rack and ladder, the combination wipers and washers, and the wheels. The wheels we were able to find, but pricing wasn't listed, as the Mopar site shows them as currently back-ordered and not available at the moment. So if you really love the Trail Hunt look, you can pretty much get it, just without the exclusivity.
