While it may look like an outlandish concept, the production version apparently has a strong chance of resembling it.Jeep, Ford, Toyota and company better watch outHyundai is really serious about taking on the Jeep Wrangler and Ford Bronco.So far, Hyundai is on track to launch its new body-on-frame midsize pickup and production Boulder before 2030. It'll essentially be Korea's equivalent to the Toyota Tacoma and 4Runner duo.Both the Tacoma and 4Runner are essentially based on the same platform, but with different body styles. It's a similar formula that will also underpin the new Nissan Xterra, which will reportedly share its bones with the latest Frontier.Ford's Ranger and Bronco share similar formulas, too.
