Roush has updated its package for the 2027 Ford Super Duty, and it is expected to start at $21,399 on top of the price of the donor truck, according to reports. It's available now on select F-250 and F-350 configurations. Ford Authority reports that it can be ordered immediately.RoushWhat The Money BuysBeyond the standard Super Duty truck, the hardware list is mostly visual, with some chassis work. Roush fits 35-inch General Grabber A/TX tires on new 20-inch gloss-black wheels, plus a Roush Performance Suspension System, slotted brake rotors front and rear, and a shortened front air dam for better clearance off-road. Outside, there's an illuminated gloss-black grille, color-matched fender flares with integrated lighting, and graphics with optional silver or red accents. Inside are carbon-fiber trim, Roush floor liners, and a serialized console badge. Roush also lists a performance exhaust, which Ford Authority says is for Power Stroke diesel models.RoushWhat It Leaves OutThere is a significant lack of information regarding horsepower or torque gains, and Roush hasn't published approach-angle or ground-clearance figures. That is interesting to note because the 2027 Super Duty's standard engine is now the 7.3-liter Godzilla V8, rated at 430 horsepower and 485 lb-ft, with the high-output 6.7-liter Power Stroke diesel at 500 horsepower and 1,200 lb-ft as the only option. Roush leaves all of that alone according to current reports.RoushThe Factory AlternativeThe more interesting comparison is Ford's own off-road package. The 2027 Tremor package is now available on XL trucks with the STX Appearance Package, with 35-inch Goodyear DuraTrac tires, a factory lift, electronic locking rear and limited-slip front differentials, skid plates, and Trail Control. Ford hasn't announced 2027 pricing yet, so a direct dollar comparison isn't possible. Buyers should price both before assuming the Roush is the capability upgrade. On what's been published, the $21,399 buys looks and brand, not performance.
