A few weeks ago, we brought you the CarBuzz spies' shots of the Porsche Cayenne Turbo GT in electric form. Being an EV, we pointed out that it was neither a Turbo nor a GT, but that it looked to be incredibly quick anyway. If you want some actual turbo in your turbo Porsche, then we have good news. Our spies have now given us a first look at the facelifted version of the gas-powered Cayenne Coupe. And we have what appears to be the Turbo GT with two big tailpipes sticking out of the rear bumper. Or is it something else? More on that in a bit. Changes So Small, They're All On Display Porsche Cayenne Coupe Turbo GT Package FL (1)Porsche is changing the Cayenne Coupe in such small ways that it's barely even bothering to hide it. There are just small strips of tape on the bottom of the bumper and Porsche's now-standard giant headlight stickers. So we can see the new turn signal running light at the top of the side air inlets. We can also see that Porsche has removed the blade that runs across the grille openings in the 2026 model. Below that, it looks like there are some other small changes, but those are just aero parts you normally can't see because of lighting and angles.A second prototype has a different front bumper. This one has more prominent active aerodynamic flaps in the side vents. It also has vertical marker lights on the outer edges of the inlets instead of the horizontal ones on the other model. It has the same rear wing and what appears to be the same active rear spoiler, which makes us wonder what we're looking at. Two Very Different Cayenne Coupes Porsche Cayenne Coupe FL 12While we have Turbo GT looks, it's likely that neither of these is the newest Turbo GT. But they're still serious business. The SUV with the center-exit exhaust appears to be the Turbo E-Hybrid Coupe. That SUV doesn't come standard with the GT's exhaust, but it has been an option for a few years as part of the Lightweight Sport Package. How can we be sure? It doesn't have the GT's wing, which has a different shape and end plates. This one also has a lightly disguised E-Hybrid badge, and a charge port on the driver's side. We can tell it's a Turbo E-Hybrid and not the lesser standard E-Hybrid because of the Turbonite-colored trim around the windows. The other model is the basic Cayenne Coupe. It has that model's dual exhaust with bright tips. Though strangely, it also has Porsche's composite ceramic brakes. An expensive option, but it is one that's currently offered on the base model.CarBuzz/Valnet Our spies say to expect changes you can't see. The engines will need an update to help make sure they meet Euro 7 emissions standards, which should be in effect before the facelifted Cayenne hits the market.Currently, Porsche sells the gas Cayenne Coupe in seven versions, and it can get complicated. The Coupe and E-Hybrid Coupe have a 3.0-liter twin-turbo V6. It makes 348 horsepower in the base model and an electric motor bumps it to 463 in the E-Hybrid PHEV. The S gas model gets a 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 making 469 horsepower, but the S E-Hybrid still uses the V6. Despite that, it makes 512 hp.Atop that is the GTS, which has a 493 hp V8, and then Porsche sells the Turbo E-Hybrid with the V8 and 729 hp, as well as the 650 hp V8-only Turbo GT. That's before you even get into the standard upright SUV.Porsche Cayenne Coupe Turbo GT Package FL (6)
