Each Heritage Collection model includes paint colors from Aston Martin’s history. The five models are available exclusively from Aston Martin Newport Beach. Alongside the special paint schemes, these cars include special interior features. The Vanquish 25 isn’t the only rare Aston Martin heading to this month’s Monterey Car Week. Ahead of the event, the British brand has revealed its Heritage Collection, a set of cars built with Aston Martin Newport Beach and the Q by Aston Martin division, each one leaning on the company’s back catalog for its finish rather than anything on the current order sheet. Each car is finished in a special paint that Aston Martin had offered in the 1950s, 1960s and 1970s, colors which are not ordinarily offered by the brand. The first of the quintet is a DB12 Volante painted in Pale Primrose, a color that was used for the DB4 and displayed on the cover of the DB4’s sales brochure back in 1958. This model also features Dark Walnut Open Poor Wood inlays throughout the interior, as well as Q Heritage embroidery on the center armrest and distinctive Heritage Edition sill plaques. Pink, Blue, And Green Debuting alongside this rose droptop is a special DB12, painted in Pacific Blue, a color that was previously offered on the DB4, DB5, and DB6. It too has all the same interior accents, including the wooden inlays, embroidery, and sill plaques. As for the one-off Vanquish Coupe created by the Q service, it’s painted in Tudor Green, lifted from Aston Martin’s color palette from the 1970s. It’s also the first Vanquish to be fitted with Aston Martin’s bespoke Q perforated fluted seats, which have also been fitted to the four other custom Heritage Collection models. Completing the collection is a Vantage Coupe painted in Winchester Blue, another color from the 1970s, and a Vantage Roadster painted in Mink Silver, inspired by a color offered on the DB6. Both Vantage models also get Aston Martin’s fancy perforated fluted seats.
