Analysts now place Afari among the top-tier players in market share for high-level intelligent driving.On the traditional front, the company bucked an intensifying price war to boost its passenger vehicle gross margin from 3.3% to 12.7%. Whole-vehicle sales for the first half reached 43,497 units, up 12% year-on-year, while motorcycle engine shipments climbed 20% to 368,000 units.R&D spending surged.
