Revenue for the quarter came in at approximately 459 million yuan, a 39.9% year-on-year increase, while total LiDAR sales surged 204.1% to 330,300 units.Sales for automotive ADAS applications climbed 49.7% to 144,800 units. Meanwhile, sales for robotics and other related fields skyrocketed 1,458.8% to 185,500 units—pushing this segment's share of total sales above 56% for the first time.Gross profit margin slipped to 21.7% in the first quarter, down slightly from 23.5% a year earlier. RoboSense attributed the decline to higher manufacturing costs as the new-generation EMX LiDAR ramps up production. However, management remains confident that profitability will improve, bolstered by cost optimizations from proprietary chips and higher capacity utilization amid concentrated vehicle deliveries in the second half and growing robotics demand.As of March 31, 2026, RoboSense had secured production designations for 177 models from 36 OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers, achieving SOP for 69 models across 17 clients. The company currently holds an order backlog exceeding 9 million units in the ADAS sector.
