One-Owner 2014 BMW R nineT With 4,500 Miles Heads to Auction in ArizonaA 2014 BMW R nineT that has stayed with the same owner since it was new is up for auction in Arizona, offered on dealer consignment at no reserve with 4,500 miles showing on its digital odometer.Bidding stood at $5,000 with five days left on the clock. The R nineT arrived as BMW's retro-styled roadster, a stripped-down machine that traded fairings and electronics packages for exposed hardware and a customizable frame. This example wears Black Storm Metallic paint with silver accents, and it carries a black solo saddle and matching tail cowl rather than a passenger seat.At the center of the bike is the familiar boxer twin, a 1,170cc opposed-twin cooled by air and oil and fitted with an oil cooler, electronic fuel injection and four valves per cylinder. BMW rated the engine at 110 horsepower and 88 pound-feet of torque. Exhaust gases exit through a dual-outlet system capped with Akrapovic mufflers. A six-speed transmission and an enclosed driveshaft send power to the rear wheel.AdvertisementAdvertisementThe chassis reflects the model's premium underpinnings. Suspension consists of a 46mm inverted fork up front and a preload- and rebound-adjustable monoshock working with BMW's Paralever single-sided swingarm. A steering damper is fitted. Braking hardware includes dual Brembo calipers clamping floating 320mm rotors at the front and a single caliper on a 265mm rotor at the rear, with anti-lock braking across all three discs.Wire-spoke 17-inch wheels were fitted with Michelin Road 6 tires and new inner tubes in July 2024. The same visit brought replacement metal quick-disconnect fittings for the fuel hoses, and the invoice documenting the work is included in the sale.Other equipment includes a 4.8-gallon fuel tank, aftermarket bar-end mirrors on the aluminum handlebar, a rear fender eliminator kit with an LED-strip taillight and a side stand. Instrumentation is straightforward: a 150-mph speedometer, a 10,000-rpm tachometer and a digital display. The sale includes factory literature, two keys, the components removed during the bike's modifications and a clean Florida title.Bid HereJoin our Newsletter, follow our Instagram page, and follow us on Facebook.
