And according to the Governor’s office, it has issued more than 228,000 incentives to date, supporting approximately 324,000 electric vehicles on New York’s roads. More than 60 vehicle models are currently eligible.The rebate programme complements wider state investments in charging infrastructure and electrification initiatives. New York currently has more than 19,000 public charging points installed statewide, alongside additional semi-public infrastructure at workplaces and residential buildings.
