Over 50,000 units of the Mitsubishi Xpander have found Malaysian homes since its 2020 launch, solidifying its position as Malaysia’s No 1 non-national MPV, Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia (MMM) has announced.

The car on sale now is the first facelift (which we got in 2024; see the 2026 facelift here). There are two locally-assembled (CKD) variants – the regular RM99,980 Xpander and the RM109,980 Xpander Plus. Both get a 105 PS/141 Nm 1.5 litre 4A91 DOHC MIVEC four-cylinder engine and a four-speed auto. Learn more in our launch report and/or watch our review below.
